Where to start with this wedding? Wow, this day and this couple will forever pull a little harder at my heartstrings. In the end, it was truly an incredible Anthem Golf and Country Club wedding day for Chip & Danielle.
Back in the spring of this year, nearly 72 hours before their scheduled wedding date~ EVERYTHING changed.

Our entire state was slowly getting shut down due to the corona-virus sweeping through. It was like nothing any of us had ever encountered. A few very, very difficult phone calls were made, and Danielle & Chip were coming to terms with the shock and realization that their wedding day was going to have to be postponed. Everything was done and ready to go, everything. They had family members at the airport who had just landed when they found out everything needed to change.

I was heartbroken and shocked. Our J. Starr Planner: Alicia was their Lead Planner and was devastated as well. But we could only sit in our feelings for a brief moment, as new plans needed to be made quickly.
After many different ideas, Danielle & Chip decided they were ready to select a new date at the same venue, and luckily we able to re-book most same vendor team.

So the re-planning begins. This time with a much smaller guest list and a modified location. Danielle had always loved the idea of an outdoor dinner and reception under strings of bistro lights, but originally couldn’t do this, as their 250 guest count was best suited for them to be in the ballroom. But now, that their guest count was significantly lower Anthem allowed them the opportunity to switch up their reception location. Now their dinner and dancing could take place in a more intimate indoor/outdoor location.

It was perfect. After months of waiting and re-imagining their vision, Chip and Danielle’s Wedding Day was brought to life and we were so honored to be apart of this moment in time for our incredible couple.
